Choice

There always is the difficult discussion about life, and choices in life. During some research and personal tryouts I discovered that for me the following approach works the best.

Points to take into consideration are quite complex. You have to take into account the fact that people have their personal complexes like being depressive, problems with focusing and almost all psychological disorders. The following advice is purely based on my personal findings and might differ person to person.

Making a choice is directed through our brains. Either conscious or subconscious we make a decision for every thing in life we do. The majority of decisions are made by our subconscious, like with which leg we get out of bed first, how we open a door etc. The more complex a decision is, the quicker we use our conscious to make a decision. The only thing we forget most of the times is that even our conscious decisions are manipulated by a lot of other things, like the standards we live by. 

All those influences are created through a lot of different happenings in life. The way our parents raised us, the way our education was set up, the friends we have, etc. The trouble of this is that it becomes a vicious circle. Our decisions are the root for our standards, but our standards are the root for our decisions.

The only way I found to break this circle is by trying to reverse brainwash the standard. There are a lot of ways to do that, like diving deep into the argumentation of the other ways, but the most important thing actually is the realization that there are other possibilities. 

The way to reprogram yourself, to start building new values, to try to look at the world through more than one vision, is to start looking. The only thing that matters is the looking. Look through the window glass into the wide, wide world.

One thing we never should forget, is that even we want people to change, we cannot change them in a week. Most of the times the reason for the change is not sufficient enough to wipe out all those subconscious standards.
